Future piercings & tattoo(s) you plan to have? ~i m plannin to do a lowerback tatt with my besties (somethin like a frenship thing) but kinda have a budget... can someone tell me how much do they charge usually? my budgets round 300 went to consult terence in dragonfly.he seemed nice,is he good?i need recommendations ere... v. mumuzfrenster 9lives1980, i'm amelia who msged u in fb...haha only problem is now that when he touched my ankle tat up, he made my white flowers dark blue...so I have to go try to make it light again. other than that, he's pretty good. knows what he's doing. |

I have a gimungous tattoo on my lower back, done in dragonfly.
I don't really want to recommend anything cos I got both tattoos from dragonfly. I say dragonfly only because I have experience only at that studio. I had three piercings done there...out of the six I have. |

QUOTE(jtsl9 @ Dec 8 2007, 07:34 AM) Shan (who was fired I think) did my lower back tattoo. Took five hour...the pain really started to come three hours into it cos my skin was soo raw by then. Terence did my ankle tattoo...took two hours...hurt a lot LESS than my lower back one. but if I compare artist quality, I say Shan is better cos my lower back tattoo didn't need a touchup. my ankle one did. Too bad shan is no longer working there. |

terence was telling me something about his reusing of needles...which is like the worst thing ever...but Shan was a good artist.

the artist that currently works at the Dragonfly outlet in One Utama is Terence. He replaced Shan after Shan was fired.

QUOTE(mumuz @ Dec 10 2007, 05:58 AM) its www.dragonflytatz.blogspot.com I'm thankfully not one of the oldest ones among my cousins so it doesn't really matter. My mom has always been pretty liberal so nobody was too surprised to see that I have two tattoos.i just booked an appointment for my tatt there this sun... hopefully my parents are really supportive but my uncles, aunties, and grandparents might not like it...i was alwiz this so-called role model for my cousins, kinda sick of it i'm sure some of u all ere have experienced somethin like it, how did u all cope? in answer to your question, I've been to the outlet in The Curve but I didn't get a tattoo there so I wouldn't know if they're good or not. |

I've heard that the most painful body part to get a tattoo on is the ribs.
least painful would be the arms. upper back would hurt less than the lower back. This post has been edited by spunkberry: Dec 10 2007, 10:53 PM |

people always say they're not fans of tribals just because it's common now. Tribals are nice.

actually...the reason why it hurts is cos tattooing is putting ink under layers of skin. It's an open wound, which is why the alcohol burns it. Read: OPEN WOUND.

lol mthc my mom paid for both my tattoos.
"run ink" - he means the ink runs down your back and spoils...which is pretty impossible. My mom made me stay off seafood while I was healing. |
