Visited CHS previous projects macam mahkota residence just recently vp. Outside look nice. But when go inside...Workmanship Sibeh below average... Rough edge rough corner. Jialat yard air well. Almost all resi extend their grill cage....Until so close Almost can touch each other. Hang Baju water drip drip. Those stay below jialat liao. Those deep deep unit have to walk Long long dark Corridor at day time. Maybe Ada light when thing more stable. Maybe cheap price come cheap work. But the price Was 3 years ago consider not low. Overall quite disappointed. No deal. Stay away Any Chs product.... Cari cari around at the end n go bought another 8-9years old subsale apartment around 300+k only.

I saw picture also consider not bad. N put in my viewing list. After go 6c6c. No liao. Since no like liao Lazy take picture. U can go call for viewing. Still ada subsale waiting to sell it off.

Great, thanks for the info.. I am not interested in the subsale.. If the workmanship still like this for symphony tower, then shall give it a pass..  Plenty of other choices available..   

maybe you could check silk residence for the quality then only decide, what i saw is there are different contractors working on their projects at the same time.

How we can know which contractor they are going to use for this project? The silk residence workmanship acceptable? 

need ask peri peri kor the expert but so far still in one piece, need wait till mostly complete to inspect the quality.
