If there is information on the breakdown of the data usage, the investigation would be over. This service provider would usually have this information, in this case Hotlink/Maxis, but they mentioned they don't have the information and hence cannot check and cannot do anything.

maxis dont have USSD code to check balance data qouta?

btw, preciously i also using symbian..and that OS also have background data usage.. make sure u already turn it off.
