QUOTE(spacerx @ Jan 30 2015, 12:15 AM)
hi... sorry for the late reply due to work and busy schedule...

my spec as per below :

5th Generation Intel® Core™ i5-5200U Processor (3M Cache, up to 2.70 GHz)
8GB ram and 256 SSD with 13.3-inch UltraSharp™ QHD+ (3200 x 1800) infinity touch display
additional accessories : Kit -Dell DA100 Universal Dongle - USB 3.0 to HDMI/VGA/Ethernet/USB 2.0 -S&P (which i have yet to test)
free : Dell Sleeve Fits XPS 13 & Dell 11"

so far using this laptop is a new experience with brilliant screen (minimal bezel) and a very light weight ultrabook. Which i dislike of this laptop is the trackpad clicking is quite loud but other than that it was awesome.. scrolling with 2 fingers is brilliant .... it runs a bit warm at bottom but it was never too hot (i dont play games).. the build quality is superb and it is superthin .. the backlit chicklet keyboard has 2 level of brightness ... and i would recommend this laptop  ....

i will upload some picture later probably during this coming weekend ...

[attachmentid=4323051]

Love miracast

Hi SpacerX! How many days after you placed your order online was the unit delivered to you? Is it within Dell's estimate of 7-12 working days?

Thanks!

In term of design, new MacBook win. But the rest is actually a downgrade from the previous MacBook. The 1 port is a serious facepalm doh.gif

Less people will consider the one port Macbook... except those who want to "show off" rclxms.gif

I upgraded mine to the Transcend MTS800 512GB.

A few things to note:

1) The form factor needed is M.2 2280 (22mmx80mm)

2) You need a small Torx screwdriver to open up the bottom. Remove all the ones on the side, then use a Phillips to unscrew the screw underneath the flap in the middle. The case then snaps off (be careful, as around the edges there are small wires etc!).

3) The M.2 interface can deliver data over both PCIe and SATA. It appears that the Dell 9343 can handle both, but people have been reporting issues with the PCIe cards. The SATA cards have no trouble at all. So best to stick with SATA for now, unless you need the extra performance (and don't mind the significant extra cost).

Spec and price wise, it is really good against the macbook. haha
But I think HP Spectre x360 also make a good competition, but maybe the battery life and thickness is not as good as those 2.
