I choosen sunway avila over this project although it is nearer to my office and middle of everything ..buy high density , flood possibility , surrounding not much food option just kill it , 2 lane road outside house.. And to mention the savio facade look like a cheap house ..
It still good buy if u like near to mont kiara and Duke access |
