The latter has slightly lower price psf, good walking distance to LRT but then yet again, surrounding area is something to consider. I honestly really like it that they provide a railing outside the window at living room - gives the 'balcony' feel to the residents lol.

both surrounding area is also quite similar... why dont you consider the era also? JKG might not have any big reputation in property development... but i think they are cash rich enough to complete this project... i would say the mgmt team that managing the JKG group are quite good and reliable... their link bridge to publica that area is also one of the main advantage to get out from that area....

anyway... go for the one you think u really can live with... i would say both locations you mentioned... the surrounding areas are quite similar.... but i think here will have alot more potentials to grow....

yea correct... the whole route towards DUKE is quite messy during the peak hours as at now... with the condo completed... it will be more suffering to come out to the main road... but going towards the duta toll from here... its actually smoother in this part than going from the era there...
