1 block is 1 prima home which is 832sf n 2 blocks is 1003sf.
1prima got 500+- units. 2 block 1003sf is ard 500+- units Got 3 types all 1003sf. 460k. |

Office at serimas condo, somewhere ard stadium badminton cheras. Their registration for public is on wed. But walk in customer like me oso can book now. Pls prepare cheque book.
As their downpayment is 10%. Which mean ard 45k for booking |
