Hi Bro and sis, I am thinking of getting 1 unit but when I compare to Z residence sub-sale market, currently is about RM650k(still can nego) about 550psf (freehold) vs this case green BJ (leasehold), what is your opinion on this?About another RM200k for a freehold unit + already hand over can start collecting rent, can please share your opinion on this, thanks.
