It better to organise a community or FB group for all buyer here, because this developer its customer service are totally not professional and take ignorance attitude for customer queries.

can imagine that owner are difficult to complaint if have any construction progress pending issue in future. ,

Have a strong owner community group , easy to reflect issue to management.

S&P effective date is the date where the the lawyers "matikan stem" or the day you sign the agreement?

firstly they wanna arrange time for me to sign snp and loan agreement.. monday i told them pls do arrange on next weekend onwards. i free on weekend or after office hours.

yesterday the clerk call me.. say i want to arrange time at Wednesday.. then i told her. i never say Wednesday... then she say 2morow sign .. i told her is next weekend not 2morow. 2morow i nt free.. she shout loudly say.  apa.  bukan kamu cakap nak weekend and skrang x free..
wahh.. . i also say to her.. if so hard.. ask your lawyer contact me. if you really cannot do  let me know. i will change lawyer.. then i hang up.

after 20 min amber ppl call me.. and insist i cannot change lawyer...
