We were quite lucky though to finish the game with 11. Kokolan twice (I think so) went with two foot tackle. The second one was very obvious. laugh.gif
Thanks TS! rclxms.gif
*
and right after the 2nd incident, he told the Hull player to "shut the fk up"
.......

Well, the 2nd tackle he was lucky he managed to get both his feet on the ground before he made contact with the player. If not insta-red for him..
He must have watched too many Flamini videos sweat.gif

Alexis is a beast. Clearly can see his determination. Hes running and closing everyone down. Possible its due to the style in Barca where they quickly closing the opponent down. Other players should really learn from him. Most of our players are merely ball lookers/interceptors and have no skill in closing people down. Notice Alexis keep wave to others to close people up high the pitch but no one reacts. hahahaha. poor thing
*
Alexis is on a different level of class compared to the rest of our squad. Not just in terms of skills/ability, but his attitude/passion/hardwork/determination which is what separates him from the rest of our squad. Reminds me of Liverpool situation with Suarez last season. Without them, our clubs would be way way way wayyyy down the order.

So, where do we find 10 more Alexis'? drool.gif

Ozil looks buffer. Looks like he's been hitting the gym during his 3 months recovery. Good for him, hope he isn't weak any more or gets shoved around easily.

Dia memang sudah buff lah. I remember seeing his gym selfie on Insta. But whether he still can get shoved around easily or not itu cerita lain. Will see in next few games.

Sanchez just joined Arsenal for less than a year, although his performance was probably top 5 as a forward in premier league but still can't say he can be a captain.I find that Sanchez when fouled sometimes call the refree to book the fouler, that shows that he is still not calm enough to be a captain but he is defitnatly fiery enough to be a winger/striker as it is a characteristic and personality he possesses. For being captain, maybe a few more years
*
ahh yeah, I don't like it when he does that. When he goes to ground if opponent tackled him, he ask the referee to book the fella. For me, he shouldn't do that. Looks very cheap given his class, just leave it to the ref. (although ref decisions are always unfavourable to us, but just leave it to them)

top 5 only? For me, he's in top 3 right now in the premier league mate. Only can be comparable to Aguero. and given how things are going with Aguero's injury problem this season, Sanchez could even overtake him to be the no.1 forward in the premier league. as for Diego Costa, he's either 2 or 3, since he can't really play without Fabregas(or rather I haven't see how performed when there is no Fabregas)

RVP? Falcao? D. Sturridge? Lol. Miles behind.

As for the underdogs, Pelle from Southampton and Harry Kane from Spurs could fill up the rest of "top 5". Well that's my opinion la at least. biggrin.gif

ooh damn, seeing those Sanchez goals, then in a "how the fk did that happen" manner, we either drew/lost the game. Really baffling. rclxub.gif

the worst was that stunner from Sanchez vs M. City. We were 1-0 down, then lead 2-1. But then the defence fakkap and ended it with a 2-2 draw.

Hope Sanchez can do that again tmr thumbup.gif

I hope we get a draw tomorrow...we are playing at the Ethihad Stadium so its never going to be easy,i think if we get a draw tomorrow it is still a good result already

My line-up would be:
                    Ospina
Chambers-Mertersacker-Koscienly-Gibbs
                  Cazorla
              Ozil -Rocsiky
      Oxlade -Giroud-Sanchez

Thierry Henry: “Arsenal are missing a big piece, a Vieira or a Gilberto Silva. Arsenal look like a team who look to finish 4th."

From the King himself. Oh well, Wenger found Le Coq. So, nothing's gonna change.

BTW!!! Anywhere to stream SkySports? I wanna watch Henry being a pundit!

Hehe. Something to read before the game.

and Henry agrees with some of us here that Song would have been perfect for us and we should have taken him back when we had the chance.

I really like Ospina in the team. When he take goal kick or any kick for that matter, that Ooooooooooooooosssssssssspinnaaaaa chant is amazing

Ospina, Kokolan and Bellerin really won the fans over already with their performances. Good good cause I hate Szczesny's attitude already. Warm the bench till you be more disciplined and matured Syazwani.

QUOTE(Azurues @ Jan 19 2015, 01:01 AM)
Let's be honest, with our current 11 line up, there is not even a place for Ozil. Not to mention Podolski if he isn't loaned out.

Everyone is impressive, defending as a unit, knows when to drop back, when to go front.

45 minutes to go though, we need 1 more goal to seal this for sure.

Btw, this Fernandinho and Fernando look 100% the same. Are they separated twins?
*
Agreed.

Ozil slows us down when he comes on. Hmmm. hmm.gif

eh I noticed you every match also criticise Ox. Every little mistake Ox did you blame him.

Are you really watching the same game as us? He's been one our best this season dude. Without him, we can't drive and push forward towards opponent's final third.
