Serves Arsene right IMO. Not surprised tbh.
Arsene admitted himself Alexis was in the red zone and there was absolutely no need to play Alexis vs Brighton yet he did it anyway.
It happened with Rambo last year and this year its Alexis turn to be overplayed into the ground.
Fortunately Theo, Mesut and Aaron have returned just in time.
But also I feel Sanchez takes it too much on himself at times too. Remember before this he got warned 2 times from training staffs for appearing in training the next day after a match?
So yeah, while Wenger has the ultimatum on decisions, but I guess it's because Sanchez himself also puts too much strain on himself (which in turn pressures Wenger to give him some play time). He wants to play every second of every game, but he is just human like us after all. So all this strain ultimately adds up and then boom it will give way.
But as you said, with Theo Mesut and Aaron back, and with our performance the past 2-3 games, if we continue on with it, we wouldn't have a problem.
Cazorla + Rosicky both hot on fire right now too.
