Should be okay depending on which road the unit is on... some quiet and the neighbors are nice.

Others you might want to avoid, esp there's this one person who operates a smelly tipper truck every time I jog by have to hold breath

Then there are the units facing Ajiya, its hostel for foreign workers, avoid at all cost. There was even a murder there recently.

If its PU 1/2 better go there and check the ??hostel?? hopefully it's not too close for comfort.
