Dear guys/sifu,

saw a unit in puchong utama, jalan pu 1/2. selling at 720k, double storey 22x75.
any comments or advise for the double storey unit at that area?

please give me some info. TQVM

i believe RM720k is bare unit.

Good buy if for ownstay.

be alert that fews units rented out to black ghost.

my friend bought and stayed there,,visited him last 2 motnhs...no guard house, no fence...quite a number of African staying there and working around...the roads look narrow..

720k quite high
should be below 700k for bank value

Should be okay depending on which road the unit is on... some quiet and the neighbors are nice.

Others you might want to avoid, esp there's this one person who operates a smelly tipper truck every time I jog by have to hold breath user posted image

Then there are the units facing Ajiya, its hostel for foreign workers, avoid at all cost. There was even a murder there recently.

If its PU 1/2 better go there and check the ??hostel?? hopefully it's not too close for comfort.

FYI I'm staying at PU 1/1C tongue.gif

Hi bro, sorry bring up an old thread, are you still familiar with the area? need some advice notworthy.gif

I am looking to get a unit at PU 1/1C biggrin.gif I saw there trucks park in between end lot of PU 1/1B & 1C, any concerns on the diesel truck smelly fume there?

Or you previously refer to 1/2 because I saw there tipper truck parking near the row facing empty land.
