The purpose of tweeter is for treble/High Khz wave..

If no capacitor all kind of Wave Frequency will go through your Tweeter.. then no point installing them lo

actually tweeter will spoil

my friend gave me a pair of tweeters also..currently using stock speakers (rear only) but i changed my HU to one that has outputs for both front n rear speaker..so where do i connect the tweeters?..front output?

..can we put passive xover direct from HU , then connect to tweeter?

reading this thread then i realise i forgot to add caps to my tweeters. but currently setting the bass setting on the hu low, and getting most of the low outputs from sub. tweeters are connected directly to hu. any pics of the suitable caps that we can use? using carrozeria tweeters with light. sayang if blown just like that.

normally if you place your tweeters in front of you, it should be connected to the front output.
