I cannot understand why MCT cannot put the footprint length in the layout.

For example type A.. MCT claimed the built up is 1750sqft however from my estimation the net built up is only approximately 1600sqft exclude the carporch...

Not just expanded... It is a proper flyover hence no more waiting time at the traffic light. The work already started and completion is expected in 2-3years.

MXT reputation at first place already not that great... With the cybersouth... Now even worse... Feel sorry for the buyers.

Remember at one time some agents are pitching CS as DPC 2.0... They think just with 15ft linear garden already can copy dpc...

Hopefully the buyers all will group up and fight the MXT and teach them a good lesson and fight for their right.

For your budget... It will make sense to buy ROT in cyber glades. If you go this weekend you may still get unit.

The BU quoted is very misleading. I believe the nett BU is less than 1400sqft..

For such small BU, would it make more sense to stay in condo in more superior location and plenty of amenities? Cynersouth... I think to buy a loaf of bread also need to drive out now.

If fact Ayden will be much better buy at much larger BU, similar price range and plenty of amenities with access to Elite and ERL Station.
