For comparison purposes, 22x70 DSL in Serene Heights is selling from 616K nett, BPW will be launching nxt month - 22x75 from 650K gross, nett maybe around 625K - both oso freehold thumbup.gif

Bro, I'm comparing this Cybersouth which is in Dengkil with SH which is part of Semenyih, nt Bangi - both not really very far apart, maybe only abt 10km only if you check the map.

Cybersouth is nearer to BPW compared with SH.

Cybersouth is in Dengkil, so the address most probably will be like this :-

So cannot remove "Dengkil" from the address lo!

If got enuf $$$, invest in landed prop bro, good potential for appreciation.

This Sepang/Salak Tinggi area looks promising with MOP in operation and KLIO coming soon, ERL station is nearby and Putrajaya Sentral will have a HSR station (nt sure confirmed or not). Xiamen U oso going to start operation in Q1 2016 and big taikors like Glomac, IOI & Paramount oredi launched their projects there. Now waiting for SDP and Sunsuria to come.

These local councils always like to put the word "Bandar" in front of the name of new townships and they dropped the word "City"? hmm.gif

If project is in BJ by different developers, of course can still use the BJ address if it is not within the developer's new township, however for Sunsuria, they have bought over SDP's shares for Sunsuria City, so their project will be in Sunsuria City lo, nt Serenia City.

Not strata titled means most probably there is no DMC signed, so it will only be fenced & guarded, therefore cannot force owners to pay maintenance fees. If mor than 30% owners dont pay, then F&G scheme oso KO liao! biggrin.gif
