what renovation? I thought as long as there is phone line, unifi available at your area, so long you can confirm the location of the BTU unit, router and Hypetv setup box, you can install already. But, if after renovation, if you decided to change, have to pay

What are the works involve at your Unifi installation?
Is your house Unifi ready? Or still need to pull cable from the external port?

Unifi run on optic cable, your house will not originally have it.

depend on how far your modem and your TV, it can cost some money to run those optic cable around.

the cable from their box outside to your house external box is FREE, inside the house is "lain kira". you better ask how much they charge per feet/meter.

have fun

no need call TM to ask, just ask them come install. The installers all are contractors ma, they know more than the call centers on installation part.

This been discuss few time, https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2108325/all

Depend, some area the unifi contractor are pain-in-the-azz, mine one are. So I prepare the conduit for them during renovation.

You also need to know are you using Fiber, or High speed copper. High rise building don't use fiber, they ride on Copper.

It depends on what they need to do.
