gents... i'm having a big dilemma now... B1 or C1.... which is better? what you think? is west-facing really a bad buy?

B1 nice location but only 2 bathrooms... C1 almost perfect layout (4 bathrooms) but facing west and entrance a bit narrow (not wall recess at door for shoe rack)... susah to decide lah

Type B1 more expensive than Type C1 RM100k+

B1 - 1443 SF started from RM1.16mil
C1 - 1529 SF started from RM1.06mil

If you dont mind that is facing west, but facility deck view..then my opinion is Type C1.. some more 1st 100 customer can get 2+5% discount..B1 only 2+3%..

How do you thk?

If money not a issue for you then go for B1 better view,
If you wanna get type C1 better get a unit which is under big balcony unit so that de protruded slab can cover the sunset...

Jz wanna share you all some opinion and idea only..
hav a good study on the facade design and layout then you will know it..

Depend on which unit and which level of west you choosing, further north and lower units could be shaded by westside 2. so might not be that bad.

anyway..WS3 will be worthy condo in DPC (don't compare to WS1&2)..in term of location wise..there is only left one land beside is disadvantage than WS3..
de price for other planning condo which is located at better location sure will selling higher than WS3 or WS4..

This is what i thk la..even through the market now is not so good..
but high risk investment = high return...
