Only selected repeat buyers invited for past few days launch. These selected repeat buyers usually have purchased more than few properties from PPSB in the last 10 years.

On 30th May normal repeat buyer have to queue with public but get additional 2% discount.

Oops! The SA gave wrong info.

Tandem car park is very inconvenient and PPSB doesn't have additional parking lot for sale for the time being.

Now type B seems like a more sensible option if one were to buy for own stay. About 1.1m after discount, face park and get side by side parking.

WS1 is illuminated with a long strip of blue lights at night while WS2 has a combination of blue and red lights resembling a tree at the top of the condo....

Anyone has info on the school that's going to be built at the current park opposite ws3? Primary or secondary? You all bother by this school development or not?

crap...then you will have traffic congestion for sure as parents tend to park all over the place during drop off and pick up..

Looking at the master layout plan there is a land reserve for gov school beside the breezeway, if so that would be good news for WS buyers

Both schools 'll b there. It's just a matter of when gov claims the lands. Same to surau.
