Price at R2 wont b cheap lo. Dev ll just delay it nia. If so happen arcadia is doin beta than waterfront then the demand might just b there gua.

Tis nadia owner run road liao. B4 disappeared he conned 2 10% fr 2 buyers at the same time with spa signed almost same time.

I'm not sure. But consulted a prop fren bout tis n he did mention caveat thg onli updated every 3 mths in land ofis.

Reckon vely minimal protection for buyers. And tats oso the reason the barger able to con 2 buyers at a time. Agent wise I blif it's a gain for their end and it's not fair to point finger at agent. Of cos buyers can sue agents to get the 2% ernest back to their pocket due to no deal. But again, spa is signed. Could end up no case on agents.

It's a new tactic to owners to con now. Next v 'll c some similar cases happening among those gurus and followers if authority unable to sentence the culprits.

Before sign SPA lawyer should check with developer about the property status n inform them prepare for consent before SPA. By this at least developer will notice something suspicious if 2 consent ask for same time

It is a standard procedure to check about caveat before SPA but lawyer must do more to protect new buyer like checking how much seller still owe bank , developer, assessment ..at least buyer won't stuck in middle in case purchase price unable to deduct all hutang
