why developer keep spamming on the estimated launch date?

no definite date yet as want to spam..

real pain ..

earlier launches, they are not so aggressive in the spamming - well, market is slow in the primary market but don't have to "torture" the potential buyers ma with the continuous spamming..

No problem with traffic there surprisingly. Kind of selective as didn't accept my daughter as she was late in starting kindie at 5 years old instead of 4 years old.

I am getting different info from PPSB, average 720psf, average 750psf, from 720psf and from 750psf.

If from 720psf it would be the biggest unit on the lowest floor. So 800psf for a small - mid size from mid floor.
