Structural wise u still have to wait long long for the 3rd @15%. Ppsb onli able to bill 6th flr by now.

But common amenities wise u might either get billed a bit earlier or almost same as ur 3rd.

Alright, looks like taking sweet time, hopefully doing better job.

Some China contractor can do in 5 days if in a rush.

The slower the merrier, buy time for future capital appreciation and repayment

any latest spy pics on progress boss?

few wks ago i passed by noticed the construction site entrance was done nicely, with proper spinner gates and artist impressions for the workers haha.

also the link road behind has been blocked off, not sure if they are building the soil retainer on the slope or its for basement digging.

Can we use the link road?
