Afaik ppsb nvr hav given out any bulk purchase discount wo. Unless ah lee gor kisiao or sales really tat bad la. But looking at their pricing strategy to put small units facing pool, it means they hav came prepared to slaughter buyers liao. Small units usually come with higher psf, now pool view pulak sure wont b too cheap even thou they provide u foc sun bathing service fr 4pm - 7pm. tongue.gif

Ws3 1077sf might b 800+k. Big war between owners and ppsb. Ppsb sure winner in tis case. CBHSL

No war la, those ws1 small unit whoever want to sell already sell long time ago, I can say 8899 already sold. Loser are those sub sales ws1 owner will curse ppsb for this 'ws3 affordable' pricing.

Type a,b 3% early bird
Type c 5% early bird
+ 2% repeat buyer

For small unit easily can get 5% disc

Seems like the orientation on those facing pool and facilities will be West or South West. Any concern? Right besides the west side 3, there is another land which will be for future condos too.

Everybody wants to buy new mah. One slight drawback for DPC is the location is not that ideal compared to PJ/Bangsar/Damansara area. But I think WS3 is still quite good for own stay provided it suits the travelling patterns of individuals.

True abt lack of exclusitivity with many condos coming up in DPC... those previous flipper sure angry n PPSB nt following other developers strategy of big increase in every new launch.

If 1000+ is reli 800k, then BBB mode shld be activated smile.gif

Increase you can but can you sell? Condo market is relatively saturated and upside anywhere is limited...so dont blame PPSB

Mahsing mentioned recently that 70% take up rate is all they need to break even. For luxury condos, percentage will be even lower....the rest all goes straight to the pockets of the developer. So from their point of view, balance unit is ok.

I think fr high dense condos percentage will be lower also.. all depens on land n construction costs.. will westside 4 be the last condo here?
