boss, for you i advice buy 1 at low floor and 1 at high floor...

whenever you like low then go low floor, u want high then go high floor tongue.gif

Nvr stay in condo b4 but sure ll b the way to go in yrs to come when grow older.

I'm oso trying to figure out wats the benefit in condo vs dpc landed. For the size, psf in new condo = dpc old landed. Maintenance wise landed cheaper. Freedom wise of cos landed beta. Dilemma now tongue.gif

As for landed its gonna b higher cost lo due to bigger size. But if get a dpc landed now to lock in the cap n sell later to buy the future dpc condo, ll it be a beta bet ar???

Wah even higher cost involves. Then beta just go for landed lo. Anw its more for kids la. In case they find it hard to get a home, at least I hav sthg to giv them lo. I oso blif they might not likey landed life. Modern ppl likey modern life hence modern condo hor. tongue.gif

Boss, W3 is berapa tingkat tinggi?

Generally, for RM 200-300k ish I bought for investment, all medium high floors bcz I know young gene like high floor.

But high end condo, I tend to prefer medium high floor and not higher than 20th floor and will opt for lower floor if price increase more than RM 3k per floor.

But also have to depends view lo, since this is not MK, DPC should be safe and ok to pluck any floor.

4th - 5th floor from the pool is also part of my picks. Lol.

boss - nowadays young people likey condos as less maintenance required ..they are too busy running around to take care of landed ..after grad, chase jobs, chase for soul mates, chase here chase there so condo more suitable for them..
after that if they make it they can upgrade lor..if parents want to give money to upgrade then lucky lor..smile.gif

If parents got more money - buy both lor - then let them choose ..ke ke..kawtim liao..

Boss 40+ tingkat 400+ units. I think mid flr is gd. Thanks for insight.

Supposedly young ppl should take care of old man like me hor but looking at the malai now I think I need to do sthg. Makan bubur la instead of nasi.

Roughly went to see the layout. If not mistaken la ha.. The pool and facilities facing nkve. Each unit size will be separated into columns. Smallest unit middle 2 column facing pool. Larger units all will be following beside column. Largest size if not wrong, facing dpc instead and also corner unit.

This is what I observed from the sales gallery the other day. Lowest floor start from 5th floor, lobby space itself is already 3 floors. Carpark if not wrong ha, is4- 5 stories.

Hope I can get a unit for my own stay first home too.. Small ciku miao here, staying in kepong for many years oredi. Time to get my own roof over my head

Unit I'm goin for is priced at 780psf b4 discount. If I wanna take same design higher flr it's bout 800psf.

Own stay for me. Not selling la. Maybe later change to new one when they hav newer products but definitely won't b near future.

From the master plan now looks like WS is a better buy. OCP Stucked in the center and 2 new condo blocks the view of the lake. Then, many more condos near the Town center. Pretty congested. Those condos might even blocked away sunlight to the terraces. Hahaha
