So how you think Tmnet should compensate us Central and Southern region users for paying the same but getting speeds which are much lesser than those in Penang, Bukit Mertajam(BM), Sugai Petani and Alor Setar users?

Give us half a month rebate la.I doubt many will be reluctant to cancel their Streamyx service.If most Klang Valley subscribers cancel their subscription is enough to half Stremyx user base to almost half.I'm serious.Most Streamyx subscribers are located in the Kland Valley.

Is anyone having an problems with Relakks at the moment?

I can connect to their PPTP server no problem, and the torrent DL speed shoots up but after about 5 minutes it is like the speed is being throttled and falls to zero.

Experimented with different DL speed limits (20K - 60K) to check if I was overloading their server and the behaviour is always the same.

Is TMNet throttling VPN connections to Relakks, or is it some other problem  with this company?

My hardware setup is fine and I get good speeds with local peers when disconnected from Relakks

i have the same problem as you with my vpn and i am not even using relakks. my vpn speed will drop down to zero like you said after about 20 minutes or so and it has happened to me many times already. i suspect the dogs at tm*nut are trying to throttle down vpn. i emailed my vpn provider about it and they said it's not a problem with their server and they also suspect our ISP is up to no good!

My PPTP Relakks is pretty stable atm.
Can DL stuff overnight at reasonable speeds.

HEHEHEH..mwahahahahahahaha...I used VPN and i got this speed...and its constant....my office though...have to be careful else Grumpy Boss will pass by and KABOOM!!!!....so i hid the taskbar icon.

i just subscripted to relakks.... its not working for me.. i am still getiing only 10 - 15kbps..

wasting my money.....any idea how to tune it out ?

Anybody try bitcomet v0.80? I js install last weekend, and find out it can bypass TMnet throttling. And, my dl speed reach 70KB+. Before install v0.80, i used v0.70.

I check the diff between 0.8 and 0.7 is "DHE", encryption protocol.

0.70 use DHE
0.80 use DHEv2 (think 0.74 already use new encryption protocol)

But bad news is DHEv2 can only dl things from same version encryption. And, currently no so many user use latest version of bitcomet. If ur torrent not so hot, it can't help u so much.

uTorrent 1.6 use DHE also.
