Maybe it depend on the torrent u dl. if its a hot n famous torrent for sure u can get good speed unless tmnnut doing something.
right now im using relakks. speed around 30kBps but the torrent is not that hot so the speed can consider ok |

QUOTE(nexus @ Oct 23 2006, 12:26 PM) so a better choice is use utorrent + http tunnel? it can be easily done with this im getting 0-1kBps only in bitcomet.... DHT last time return quite a numebr of peer, but now zero only btw,can i resume my download from bitcomet in utorrent? @for /r %%i in (*.bc!) do @move "%%~fi" "%%~dpni" <----- copy all the red color text and put in the notepad then save as RENAME.BAT put inside the folder u store yr torrent previously dl with bitcomet just right click and open the file. then u done yr convertion from any bt client to utorrent |

in term or price http-tunnel is cheaper than relakks
for relakks u can use either l2tp or pptp connection relakks connection can consider not that stable. sometime it will disconnect it self maybe those using http-tunnel can give pro and con |

i asked my friend that work at tmnut.
he said most propably it will be permanent cos tmnut want to get rid p2p application so if this info correct than u need to subscribe something in order to bypass the shaping but dont blame me if this info is wrong |

QUOTE(omikron @ Nov 1 2006, 08:06 AM) If you plane to use Http-Tunnel for BT, the version 4.4 is the best. But this version does crashes. It usually crashes after 2 or 3 days of continues uses for me. No biggy I just restart the client then everyhting is fine. how is yr bt client setupHttp-Tunnel doens't suppot UDP (yet). The DL speed of your torrent file depend of which server you connect to. They have 6 and you can't choose which one to connect to. If manage to connect to one that best for that perticular torrent file then you can get constant max speed till that file is done. If not at most you get is 60% of your max speed. On average I manage to get 45% to 55% with speed spike up to 90+%. But still much better then <5kbs. is it the same using relakks from my understanding, using http-tunnel, yr bt client need to used proxy setting 127.0.0.0:1080 am i correct? but if using relakks no need to setup anything just using yr current setting |

if hat case for http-tunnel, i'll stick with relakks for the moment.
cos all data transfer from yr pc will be encrypted. no need to set everything. |
