sounds like not very user friendly.
I guess it must be something wrong with the Emule/ pc setting . even a little file ~6mb at "waiting" status at all time , much like no responding ( dl =okb and ul =okb , showing deep blue bar) . I am not sure what's wrong with this. |

Tcp and Udp use different number ?? meaning two different number, is it ? if let udp blank, ok or not ? |
