Bro @Quicksilver9832 last Sunday I asked the SA, the Merrydale units are all clay bricks.

Thanks bro jhbey...yes dat day on my way to sales gallery could see from road side...cradleton units are having full clay bricks constructed for entire house- alot of diff between clay brick and sand bricks....entailing on sound proofing and built quality; sadly alot of reputable developers are saving on costs and reaping to the full on the expense of buyers when low costs sand bricks are used instead
