42k price ll affect the whole semenyih n kajang market price

Silk at Sungai Ramal toll to Kajang toll (sg besi highway) is a night mare at peak hour..

my job requires me to be based in client office in various area, shah alam, kl sentral, pj, klcc etc
from kajang, i will just take ktm to kl sentral n klcc area, forget bout driving. you can see ppl parking their BMW at ktm station n commute.
unless i have no choise to drive bcos pj n shah alam are not accessible by ktm or lrt, i have to drive.

the time taken to get thru the jam from sg ramal toll to kajang toll (sg besi highway) some times took half of my total time for my whole journey. thus the jam is standstill most of the time.

occasionally i will take grand saga, pass by connaught to get to pj..

my take is, if living in kajang, try use the public transport
