I agree with chris gor, commie no need to be facing south or north.. The most essential is facing main road, which traffic will see your signboard and come in doing business with you. Facing main road is just like having the "free advertisement" for the people pass through the road everyday. The price for such unit is more premium for sure.

That's why we can see that EMSO is chosen to be facing main road, and not any other row at behind.. Exposure for commie lot is extremely important.

Follow by that then only about parking space and ease of entry/exit.
