I was interested to buy a Gentlebre lot and one of the regulars here pm me that he has a unit. It has been nearly a year and I am still waiting for his offer.

He said the unit was his friends. I guess our forummer here could be a middleman.

Guess his friend is not interesred.

But out of 178 units only one advertisement.

This reinforces my thinking that Gentlebre is a best buy.

Seems like the owner is selling the land between EcoMajestic and Ecohill.. It's at a higher ground compare to Ecomajestic, any impact?

A better township than sungai long as well known developer provided the good infrastructure. Kajang nvr have a good township with proper infrastructure. Previously other developer only build hse but nvr build infrastructure for kajang.

Wao, from Jade Hill to reach embassy jalan tun razak need 2.5 hours ah..      I thought Bukit Jade only have xin that normally commute using cloud one...     

Uncle, you dunno dun simply say people tipu... You thought everyone same like bukit jade people that need to compete with those going to Putrajaya using sungai ramal silk during morning rush hour meh...     

We from Semenyih can use twin palm silk highway also... 15 - 20 minutes already can reach Jusco Cheras Selatan in Balakong lah...  This portion of silk still under-usage and is a smooth highway even during peak hour ...   

Those who bought this project to speculate, sure will regret in few years time. Mind my words

I purchased a bungalow lot last year. I am available to discuss ideas of how to build the bungalow.

Mine faces SE. I prefer built up around 4+K sf. Estimated budget is 1M.

Any reliable contractors, the ones who is serving both EM and SEH?

I am thinking of letting go with good price.

The target should be 100% in 5years for gentlebre .  Even at 100%, its only 230psf in 2019. Ecopark already 300+psf now
