So next time u can use LEKAS from EM and park your car at the Kajang MRT station to go to work? If parking is provided by your Co, I think dont bother taking MRT to work la bro! Just leave EM earlier and drive to work to save you from all the hassle!

Yup yup...schools wise I think it shd be quite sufficient; jz hopefully they will have some mega mall , a distinctive shopping mall for the whole sleepy semenyih...personally I do hope the plan for an access to north south highway is available too...that connectivity would spur up the entire semenyih better

Oh yes....KLIA connectivity would be very much desired..with that it will elevate better capital appreciation !!

Used another alternate road...instead of the typical jln semenyih  from Lekas. ...went all the way via ldp to klia..went through Nilai n Pajam. ..seems longer route..but much lesser traffic almost felt like a line rally time attack drive hehe

It's not jz abt test drive...I find it becoming a lifestyle event for owners - if every wkend they hold some events ...its quite a good family outing too haha:)
Maybe it jz me...whenever I go over to EM...I m even more convinced I have made the right choice, the serenity of the kampung and having the backdrop of the hilly on the horizon....the breath of fresh air ...yes I m loving it

Ecohill link shall be opened in 1 month time... It will totally change the perception of traffic inflow and outflow from Semenyih.

Now all eyes on the execution of EKVE, if it is realized one day, another boost for Semenyih property again..
