QUOTE(Jasoncat @ Jun 13 2015, 05:23 PM) It's ok Sounded quite a lot buyers there? Canal City is a big piece of land (3308 acres) with huge potential with the presence of EW, Tropicana, IJM Land and Gamuda. In terms of accessibility there are few highways there. Similarly SEH, EM and SEH2 with total acreage of 2852 acres is also full of potential. Choose either will also not regret Mind to share where's Gamuda land in Canal city?

QUOTE(Jasoncat @ Jun 13 2015, 09:27 PM) Strictly speaking, this may or may not be part of the Canal City. The Canal City seems to be larger than TA+ES+BR and given the Gamuda land (2km away from Kota Kemuning) close distance to Tropicana Aman land, just loosely grouped it together. Based on the following pic taken from a blogger, the red dot is claimed to be the Gamuda piece of land. [attachmentid=4485107] Found out the old news below - Gamuda Land (if based on the red dot in the pic above) does not seem to be part of Canal City. [attachmentid=4485113] OMG diverted from Semenyih to Canal City Hmm... That's ThugaMalay Estate... Not sure still consider Canal city or not.. Distance wise about similar to Bandar Saujana Putra..

QUOTE(jhbey @ Jun 15 2015, 05:30 PM) Oooo.... I see. Ok. So SRJKC in EM, Tenby International school in SEH. Currently there already have two SRJK in Semenyih - Sin Ming and Kampung Baru Semenyih.. The one in EcoMajestic most likely is the SRJK Ton Fah relocation from Beranang. SEH 2 most likely will be having another university / college university as well.. Together with the Nottingham uni currently located in Semenyih, I presume in terms of education wise should be pretty much self-contained.. By the way, UTAR currently located in Sungai Long, if have car, about 15 minutes per trip... to and fro from Semenyih should not be any problem at all...

QUOTE(quicksilver9832 @ Jun 15 2015, 05:44 PM) Yup yup...schools wise I think it shd be quite sufficient; jz hopefully they will have some mega mall , a distinctive shopping mall for the whole sleepy semenyih...personally I do hope the plan for an access to north south highway is available too...that connectivity would spur up the entire semenyih better As we discussed before, EcoMajestic actually located very near to Bandar Seri Mahkota in Bangi, which has an exit to north south highway. As a matter of fact, Bangi Avenue just located about 2km away from the new EM Lekas interchange. If there is a road connecting both highways, it will beneficial to the residents of both township as well... Mall may take some time, sooner or later I believe there will be substantial commercial activity in SEH Taipan and Silversquare EM, together with the SEH 2 commercial area as well..

QUOTE(jhbey @ Jun 15 2015, 06:06 PM) Yep... Connectivity to airport also. My mom was saying now going to airport so near. Next time move to EM, from EM to airport traveling time will be longer. In terms of distance, Putra Height just a few km nearer compare to Semenyih if travel to KLIA. Just Putra Height have a very direct access (Elite) to the airport. From Semenyih, one may need to exit at Pajam from Lekas and crossing the Nilai/Salak Tinggi using the federal road before reaching KLIA.. Alternative route would be using Jalan Bangi Lama to reach north south seri putra exit and then connected to Elite and heading to KLIA...

QUOTE(Kenleo @ Jun 22 2015, 11:16 PM) I supposed both ecohill and ecomajestic townships are growing together and compliment each other by their ways like very well planned and eco harmony. They have different design and facade and different range of house and pricing. So they bring in range of people and create full range of community from middle to medium upper and upper end. And may have full range of shops catered for all people needs. With the opening of eco link. The access is very convenience from southern k l and people moving in gradually in fast paced especially young families. And both players always create events as crowd puller and last for continuing ten years. So. The rental market is growing and appreciating in value. So good to keep it for long term investment. Ecohill link is one the key changers... It opens up the real potential of LEKAS Highway for the benefit of Semenyih residents.. Here is my personal experience commuting from Lekas Semenyih toll till passby Cheras leisure mall in a workday Friday evening.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2E_U6HWU73I

QUOTE(jhbey @ Jun 22 2015, 11:51 PM) Bro, how far the distance? How many km? What brand & model your recorder? The distance from Lekas Semenyih till KL city center is around 35km.. The distance I record in this video is from Lekas Semenyih till passby Tesco Taman Midah, which is around 27 - 28km.. Time taken around 32 minutes including the jam due to traffic and a minor accident along Cheras-Kajang highway. One can see that from Lekas Semenyih toll till Batu 11 toll takes around 16 minutes, distance around 20km.. From Batu 11 till passby Tesco Taman Midah, takes around 16 minutes as well, but distance just merely 7-8km, due to the jam of course... I am using only a normal handphone with car holder...

QUOTE(Kenleo @ Jun 22 2015, 11:52 PM) Yup. The eco link is the game changer that open up the wide horizon of semenyih valley toward modernization of semenyih living bypassing all the rural poor infrastructure surrounding. This transformation of urbanization may progress very fast in the coming five years beyond due to decentralized of young generation toward southern of great Kuala Lumpur. Ecohill link shall be opened in 1 month time... It will totally change the perception of traffic inflow and outflow from Semenyih. Now all eyes on the execution of EKVE, if it is realized one day, another boost for Semenyih property again.. This post has been edited by samkps: Jun 23 2015, 09:03 AM

QUOTE(Kenleo @ Jun 28 2015, 11:09 PM) Bro Sam. Thanks again your lekas EM interchange photos which tell thousand words. I recall em released a lot photos on progress of red carpet bridge. Swan lake. Round about and show houses and street landscape infra. And done excellent progress timely and they were continue to do so in next subsequent phases. Included progress photos of current phases for building up existing and potential buyers confidence then easy introductory and reference pm. Welcome again, sharing is caring... Yeah, by right they should upload all the progress photo in the EM website, and not only during the talks only.. But one thing for sure SEH and EM are collaborating to improve the infra around Semenyih/Beranang area for the benefits of the residents..

QUOTE(Diver Lim @ Jun 28 2015, 11:13 PM) I think should be still long way to go. 1st phase handover earliest also Q2/Q3 2016. Hence, EM link should take another years to complete. If following this progress, I think we no need to wait long to see the completion of this interchange...
