Canal City is a big piece of land (3308 acres) with huge potential with the presence of EW, Tropicana, IJM Land and Gamuda. Strictly speaking, this may or may not be part of the Canal City. The Canal City seems to be larger than TA+ES+BR and given the Gamuda land (2km away from Kota Kemuning) close distance to Tropicana Aman land, just loosely grouped it together.

Yup yup...schools wise I think it shd be quite sufficient; jz hopefully they will have some mega mall , a distinctive shopping mall for the whole sleepy semenyih...personally I do hope the plan for an access to north south highway is available too...that connectivity would spur up the entire semenyih better
