I presume regardless of what's the original terrain, developer always can do something to change the structure into desire terrain?

Generally, the higher terrain normally for more costly units..

SK Beranang that next to it currently generally looks much larger for sure..

"The lands are approved to be developed for a mixed commercial and residential development to be named Eco Majestic involving residential units comprising 2,468 units of 2-storey or 3-storey terrace houses, 475 units of semi-detached houses, 667 unit of cluster linked houses, 332 units of 2-storey or 3-storey detached houses, 4,960 units of low-cost, low medium-cost and medium-cost apartments, 326 units of 3-storey or 4-storey terrace shops/offices, 66 units of low-cost shops, 22 vacant commercial plots and 2 petrol station sites (collectively referred to as the “Eco Majestic Project”)."


As stated in the masterplan, nothing to be surprise about...

Low-cost, low medium-cost and medium-cost apartments mostly will be in the Velveton plot? hmm.gif hmm.gif

We are talking about 1000 acres township... To get the approval on such a big township, there is a need to fulfill the standard low cost, medium low cost and medium cost apartment within the project as well.

Look at Setia alam, examples can be found easily. Semarak apartment, Seri Jati, Seri Intan, Seri Baiduri, Seri Kasturi, Akasia apartment, Seroja apartment etc all fallen within this category.. Perhaps you can assist me to calculate the total number of this..

Instead, does it affect that much on Setia alam DSL and Setia Ecopark? brows.gif brows.gif

Moreover, with the recent acquaintance of the Eco Forest land, I think some of these units will be built there as well.

4960 units is consisted of low cost, medium low cost and medium cost, not all are low cost and not all are starting from RM 42k lah . Furthermore they will be in different presint... Total how many units are starting from 42k, need to wait till EM reveal the plan... brows.gif brows.gif

I think Ivoris got 102 units of shoplot.. If not mistaken, the first launch 70 units already sapu clean clean...

Ecohill 56 units 3-4 storey shoplots also sapu clean clean before official launching... brows.gif brows.gif

If Ecohill, starting from 596k, if EM merrydale, starting from 700k ++.. Both also 20x70 footprint, with different buildup of course.. brows.gif

It couldn't be... Since 1982, I think there is a regulation saying that at least 30% low cost quota for each project need to be fulfilled and in Selangor it has increased to 50% for project more than 10 acres..

The only possibility I could think of would be Perdana Parkcity is building their quota somewhere else other than in DPC itself... hmm.gif hmm.gif
