Does he have money? He could open a company with RM500K capital and stay here depending on renewal of work permits.

I have a customer that was planning to do the same, but I've advised him to go to UK instead - easier to get citizenship there.

Most EU countries are similar - I believe now you work there for 5 years and can take citizenship.

Canada isn't too difficult either.

As long as you have money and a viable business and can employ a few people it isn't that difficult biggrin.gif

MM2H is dependant on age

For example under retirement age (eg. less than 50 or 55) you must put RM600K in FD and have monthly income of no less than 12K if I remember correctly.

This grants you a 10 year visa, and FD must be placed during this period. Allowed to withdraw a proportion for medical expenses or property purchase.

Google it, not sure if my information is up to date - last looked at this a few years ago.

No la, muslim in Malaysia rejected and really hate syia.

Let me make an example, there are cainis and syia guys drowning in the pool. The melei guy know that he is syia, he will help the cainis guy and let the syia guy die.

I think Indonesia is a better choice if he is seeking for a place to stay in long term. But if he is looking for recruiting suicide bomber, then Malaysia is a better place, especially in certain high religion influenced stated.
