RUMAWIP affordable homes SkyAwani is opened for registration. Really hope i can get a unit, but i heard people stay nearby will have a higher chances to get the unit.

Is it true.Any thought people. Really hopes can get a unit for this project.

Is for my own stay....haiz....really hope can get a unit there. I went there last week saw lots of project coming out. Sure will be a very potential area in the future.

Nope. The website stated u must not own any property in KL and the max household income was 10k. Last time i heard that govt giving order to the bank to loan 110% for the first time buyer which mean we don't need to pay deposit rclxms.gif but i still looking for more info. Will share with u guys if got any news on this.

Of course, kampung will affect the price for the property at tat area. But all the big developer is entering the area, plus good accessibility at tat area which is wat the people is looking for. Compare with the property at other KL area, not much people able to afford due to the high price. Therefore, my point of view i think Sentul have potential there.

And i think, the govt stating to built up the area now. This is my own opinion and thought.

You expecting 300K to have 900K potential then sure no lah ! As long as within City is potential.

Things is not for flip upon VP & earn 2X profit, 300K in KL what can you get now ?

I think it will flip 2 or 3 times of the current price in 10 years time. Cause lots of developers is going to develop Sentul area. Wat do you guys reckon.
