I've just recently having 150g last few months and end up at 100g. I actually feel better instead of having higher carbs. I know carbs are good but i felt sleepy when i take high amount of carbs. But that's just me

I might end up lowering them in next few weeks if i need to do so.

I've been tracking for few months now using myfitnesspal.

Although some meals you can't find but i look at website and compare the macros and calories.

Some food have just label as cals but don't have any macros. So yea have to improvise

Come on now let's be real about this. None of that lists or facts won't happened unless you put in the consistency. Yes hard work does play the role but if u keep messed up or having binges here and there do u expect to see results?

Everyone expects results within one week or one month yet they ask themselves what they are doing wrong. Lmao one month is nothing even three or one year. It's the consistency that puts on another different level. And also what works for someone might not work for everyone. For example that lingleyen the carb eater he knows what works for him.
