The simplest but not the easiest way is to track yr food intake. Jog for 5km burns are 300kcal while avoiding 1-2 bar of KitKat does the same effect. It's not hard to decide which route to go to.

Crash n burn with this kind of diet. 50g of carbs makes u feel like crap, 20g of fat makes u less of a man.

U wot m8? The question is have u even tried the diet? Have u even been consistent with your diet? If not then stop saying as if you have tried before.

Right now im on 40g of carbs and im still hitting new pr.

What makes u think I have not? I tried, hence the reply. How abt u? What gives u the right to jump on ppl blindly? That fella is talking abt low carb n low fat u douchebag. U on the other hand is on low carb, hence definitely on high fat. So where is the similarity here? Unless u r saying u r hitting pr's on low carb n low fat, then I'm interested. If not, f off.

I would start on some jogging or some low intensity cardio to build up stamina n get yr body used to moving. Then add on HIIT later on.

Insulin sensitivity depends on body fat level. The higher the bf, the lower the sensitivity.

IF is a way of eating. Nothing significant though ppl claim more focused, high growth hormone etc but studies have been inconclusive. The only thing that is conclusive are u burn more calories than u consume, weight /fat loss will occur over time.

And the best diet is the one u can be consistent with.

Guys, i would really love to recommend the workouts from HASFit youtube channel. Done this for 2 weeks and I can really see the results. Specially for those working out from home with minimum equipment.  Accompanied with low carbs diet, i found the formula for my body.

2 weeks ain't long enough to have any conclusions whether what u do is on the right path. Give it abt 6 months.
