I newbie le dunno how these thing work, at first insurance panel tow my car, then i smpai there completed the doc need for claim purposes, the clerk said here they only do chasis ony, spare parts etc they sent to potong honda etc. So i agree bla2 and she gave me telengganu plotong edar insurance claim assistance card, seriously i thought when he checcked my car damaged all settled dy , he say tomorrow adjuster will come check how much the cost allowed for the claim, straight i ask him , bang sebulan siap possible tak? He said dont need rushing2 slow2 better i die2 belip him lah kos im still noob in accident lol...he said he soonest can done repair car is 2 month and a half..bla3 i go back home relax2 got text from etiqa to accessed my claim status in internet , checked2 status said claim is still pending adjuster survey
