Very true... The first phase shall be VP this year, I think SEH still have many units in the surrounding not launch yet, especially in the presint 2. Shoplot and highrise also not launch yet...
I think SEH will take another 3 - 5 years from now for completion, before they go to SEH 2.. SEH 2 shall take another 5 - 7 years to complete I suppose...
This means SPS still will be here for almost another 10 years, they will try their best to maintain the amenities when they are here.. So I don't think we need to worry at least for the coming 10 years.. Look at Setia Alam township, until today, the landscape and amenities still pretty nicely maintained, though SPS already there for almost 10 years...
As a matter of fact, even the park and amenities are handed over to MPKJ, also no need to worry too much, look at Sungai Long, I believe MPKJ has taken the role for quite some time already and so far the area still look very decent..
Joker very funny one, thought amenities open to public is sure a loss one and already can predict sure will be badly maintained one. Look even at the DPC, they also have park for public as well, to attract fame mah... SEH P1 of course not that much exclusive compare fully GnG housing, but also considered among the best within the FnG housing in KV already...
How many FnG in KV can provide THE PARC, Meadow Weeping Lake and Linear park with waterway at the same time? But in SEH, we can have them all....
