After 1 month leaving wow I was so surprised to see my wow account got locked because I use different Access *something" *something* and when I type in the answer to my secret question, it says incorrect.. Wtf... Blizzard customer support asked me to send in my ID (Either driving license or passport copy)... I don't remember filling these IDs when I register my account... <-- I stated that and tell them I was from Malaysia then suddenly silences for 2 days....
has anyone experience this? |
