After 1 month leaving wow I was so surprised to see my wow account got locked because I use different Access *something" *something* and when I type in the answer to my secret question, it says incorrect.. Wtf... Blizzard customer support asked me to send in my ID (Either driving license or passport copy)... I don't remember filling these IDs when I register my account... <-- I stated that and tell them I was from Malaysia then suddenly silences for 2 days.... has anyone experience this?

customer support want to verify your first & last name and billing address, if match what you have enter on your battle.net account you have no problem getting your password reset.

just do what they told you to get your account back

Do you have your cd key or anything? I usually reset it with secret question. I don't remember they asked for driving license nor passport number the time I registered.

It's a digital purchase? They say only retail box only..

Mine was retail box, bought it during TBC. Prolly you can give them your address or name you put on ur bnet account and see whether are able to verify your identity.
