As long as the developer is using some international brands, the quality is there. Just need to monitor closely on the maintenance. Was afraid they would go for some insecure china brand due to the low selling price. Not sure whether rumawip having the same treatment? Hehe...

I dont work with developer, supplier, nor am I consultant. Someone asked about the model meh and I simple replied to that. If u say normal people only concern about brand not model why u pro China brand. U r not normal geh?

Example using 30years branded car with new China brand car like this also can meh. But then good branded Car resale value has always been higher. The only reason people buy the China brand because its cheap, not because it is better quality.
