Total 6k+ units. All 3 bedders size.

Minus the million dollar luxury condo.

You will get majority overpriced property in the lelong market. Few example can take a look at:
- Savanna Executive Suites, Southville City @ KL South, Dengkil
- M City, The Elements, Arte plus
- Cyberjaya property example Lakefront, Verdi, Cristal Serin, Mirage By The Lake
- BSP Skypark & BSP 21
- Landed houses at Bandar Hillpark, Rawang, Bandar Tasik Puteri, Puncak Alam or Semenyih

All the example listed above you can grab at below launching price.
Units after units coming into the lelong market even after 3-4 years after completion.
Reason is: bought at wrong/over price.
Example the area yet to fetch 400k in price for such unit, yet developer launch at 500k (S&P price), give buyer 10% rebate + XXk amount of cash back. So many ended up buying at such pricing unknowingly.

So either choose to keep holding or let go the property. That is why after 3 years, still got units after units from the same project enter the lelong market. Coz owner decided to forgo the property at different time. Some no holding power, some able to hold for few years, and majority still holding strongly.


p/s: This discussion is unrelated to The Henge. Only got 2 lelong units so far. Not a lelong hot spot yet.

1300 sqft bigger size unit. 3+1 rooms.
Brand new virgin condition unit as usual for most newly VP property.

High floor some more. Brand new unit.

Yeah so far. The 1300sqft unit sold.
Left with 2 X 1100 sqft unit in the market.
Cheaper one is posted as above. Another unit still at 450k.

With prayers that got no other bidder.
