Ur mileage how muh? I claim first cannot, i write email to proton icare then they let me change lol.. I just say if proton come out with new design engine mounting, this is improvement/revision made, not wear and tear, by right should do recall since the car vibration so bad is design issue..

Are they still selling Preve LE? I wan all the goodies that come with Suprima but with boot.

Looking at Mazda 2, Almera, City Vspec but I think will end up with a proton again.

for me ah, i still think city is the best buy, unless u really want a bigger cabin size car. Cos the CVT is just too meh..

i checked online they say typical engine mounting starts to fail 3-4yrs. but then, it doesnt fail like totally failure, just like the car vibrate harder than usual, bla bla. I believe until it is intolerable, then don have to change la.. But bad engine mounting doesnt just give problem in terms of comfort, too much vibration can hurt the transmission.

i saw ard the front windscreen the black color part which suppose to be glue to hold the windscreen onto the body, but can see like hairline crack propagate all around the windscreen, i think is the glue itself being eroded by water... dunno will be worst or not..

hye..anybody do coating to your preve?
*
Preve paint no worth do coating, cos too thin. when times up just change a new painting. Unless u do wrapping, then it is ok. And the paint job is shit at some area, becos the paint havent fully dry they do clear coat already.

my dad bought a new honda jazz 2015, even they say honda cvt how good, how godlike also, and say how thrashy proton cvt is, i feel low speed similar characteristic with honda jazz too, like u press pedal until5-10km/h suddenly u release pedal will jerk abit or not smooth, it is the same. I heard the CVT whine too, just very quiet and the engine noise is very very low compare to proton. But compare CVT, more or less the same, except the whine is lower.

btw anyone know what is the size for the bulb for rear car plate?

should be the same.. intention of tying the cable tie is to avoid the hose to expand under pressure.. the silicone should have lesser flex compared to the rubber hose used currently
*
okok but scare change to blue color hose SC say void warranty lolz..

I saw my rotor have grooves, which they said the cause is most likely worn brake pad.. Becos i found out when there is screeching sound, it is always when i turn right and press brake.. i dont know how to see the brake pad is worn out by visual check..

Electric water pump. It will be audible if you listen closely after you turn off the ignition of a fully warmed up engine.
Continuous kruk?

There will be a one-time kruk-kruk sound upon reaching ~20km/h. Heard that it is sound from ABS pump. But technically, i'm not sure why.
*
yaya.. continuous one.. sound like water moving inside pipe sound, but i dont think the refrigerant sound to be so loud inside a car.. quite audile when idle, especially when the engine mounting changed, so less rattling and vibration sound, so alot of weird sound coming out lolz.

btw anyone did the engine mounting DIY improvement after change to new version mounting? i wanna see will it improve the NVH of the car further or not..

Then I'm not sure about continuous kruk sound.

Just slot in fuel hose into the mounting. I haven't tried because I'm lazy. Haha
*
haha i dont know where to get the fuel hose >< hardware shop should have? dont even know how does it looks like.. hose looks all the same to me, wat's the difference between fuel hose and normal air hose, bla bla hose..
