Having done with my secondary school, I went to KL to study with C in a college in Setapak.

The first thing we did when we reached KL was to look for accommodation. Being students, we tried to find cheaper accommodation and few days looking for it, we managed to find 1 that costs us RM500 per month in Wangsa Maju. It is in the flat housing area (4-story high if my memory serves me well as this incident happened approximately 7 years ago and I left KL shortly as a college drop out) next to Alpha and Beta Condo. Everything looked fine and it is only about 15 minutes walk from LRT, so we decided to take it.

Day 1: Nothing happened.

Day 2: Nothing happened.

(Probably we were too tired of moving in and cleaning up. Finally it is all over.)

Day 3: When I woke up in the morning, I noticed that my mirror was in the bathroom (I like that particular mirror because of its design). Strange because I remember well that I placed it on top of the fridge in our living room the night before. I asked my housemate, C whether she moved it but she said: "no, I went to bed earlier than you, and I did not wake up until now." Well, I thought maybe I was too tired after 2 days cleaning and moving things in that I forget where actually I put it the night before. I took the mirror out from the bathroom and put it on top of the fridge again.

Day 4: Again, the mirror is in the bathroom. I got really suspicious. I asked C again: "Did you..." I pointed at the mirror. She looked at me, blank. I took it out again and put the mirror on where it is supposed to be again.

Same thing happened for a few days. Finally I told C that "Please stop doing this. I am sick of it. You think this is fun, but I don't think so." C was quite angry after I said that and she insisted she never touched it. C then left for class.

Could it be something else living with us, and since the rental is so cheap... I decided to find out.

I went to my neighbor and knocked at the door. A "makcik" showed up and with a smile. "So you are our new neighbor. That unit had been vacant for almost a year". I then asked the "makcik" is there a particular reason for it? "My son, you must be new. About a year ago, there was an Indian guy rented this unit. One day, people found him dead in that unit. He hung himself in the living room."

Thinking back, probably he did want to see his own reflection on the mirror that I put on the fridge in the living room... We moved out a few days after.

In 2004, I went to Genting Highlands, a popular casino and theme park destination in Malaysia, with my boyfriend and a group of friends after the last exam of our high school life. Being teenagers on a budget, we decided to get the most affordable hotel where we can afford to put two person in a room instead of squeezing everyone in one room.

When I first stepped in the room I share with my then boyfriend (now fiancé), I felt really uncomfortable but decided to keep quiet about it as I don't want my friends to think I'm wacko. The room layout was when you open the door, there will be a small walkway, toilet and shower on the left and further down the walkway will be the TV and the queen-size bed.

We put down the luggage and went out the whole day just walking around in the cool weather and just enjoy fooling around with our friends. That night, after shower and dinner with the gang, my boyfriend decided to explore around the hill with the boys but I decided not to tag along because my feet hurts from the whole day of running around.

Back in the room, I leave the table lamp on while trying to fall asleep. I found it impossible to sleep with the uncomfortable feeling I kept getting from the room. The feeling was just like a bunch of ants crawling on my body. Gave up trying to sleep, I sat up in the bed reading a manga when I heard the unmistakable sound of bells tinkling. It sounded like someone wearing an anklet with tiny bells moving from the area of the door and pacing in front of the toilet. I dismissed the sound as coming from outside. Another 30 minutes past, this time the sound moving much closer and sounded like it's in the same area with me. Still being stubborn, I continued laughing and giggling while reading the manga.

This time, I felt the bed sink on my right like someone just climb into the bed with me. OK, this time I'm spooked. I pretended still reading my manga while inside I'm freaking out because I can clearly feel something next to me. I sat there debating whether to jump out of the bed and bail or to text my boyfriend to come back. Then I spotted his phone on the dresser, darn it. I wanted to bolt out the door when I felt the being moved closer to me but I heard another tinkling of bells coming from the area in front of that walkway.

I had begin to recite a prayer when my boyfriend walked in. He was a nonbeliever that time, I knew he would not believe me. I kept my terror to myself as he turn in to sleep. Less than 1 hour later, he sat up in bed and said, "Let's sleep in K's room." He practically dragged me out of the room. K's room was the only room with two single beds. K, although disgruntled, agreed to share his bed with his twin brother while we slept on the other single bed.

The next day, my boyfriend told the rest of the group that he felt someone stroking his right arm but I'm on the left side of the bed. It was shocking for me to hear the ever logical and trained martial artist to admit that and to bail out like that. I still get shivers thinking of that night.

I'm one of the true believer in paranormals. 2 months back, after reading a ghost story from this web site, I went down to the ladies room. My office's (connected with factory) ladies is located just outside of the office building. We have to walk down and there is main door and small door inside. We have to lock the main door (to avoid any naughty passer by to open the main door as it's located in walkways) and there is another door inside... As usual, I went in... I locked the outside door and I locked main door. I sat down and just few second passed, when, suddenly, a shadow appeared and moved very fast across my inside bathroom door. It moved very very fast. I was extremely shaken. I sat in shock and thinking what was the thing might be (it's not my imagination).

My mind couldn't focus on the "business" I am doing. I just pulled-out my pant and I ran as fast as I can out of the ladies. I went back to work and pretended like nothing happened. But my heart was beating like hell. I didn't tell anyone. I don't want to scare the other workers where most of them are cheerful girls.

My company fixed 20 surveillance cameras around the building. Our security guard used to experience a floating figure at the main gate. This floating figures only appeared around 11pm-12pm at night and also captured on their surveilance cameras. I interviewed one of them, they agreed that this office is haunted by a few ghost.

My office is 50 years old. It's located near the railway tracks (many suicides in that tracks). In front of my office there is a bridge which connected to the main road (also used to have accidental spots).

You can experience more if you work late, you can experience like someone walking behind you. Many times there is a feeling like someone is following you from behind. You will find nothing when you turned back. It's like you are being watched. I always dismissed this kind of feeling just to make me free from fear. It fails most of the time.

Dear friends, I am a honest person. These are true encounters. I don't tell lies or make fun out of it. I have more experiences and will share when I got time... Now am working... See ya

Thank you.

Please read my last stories before reading this one, ok to put it straight. It started off as an imaginary boyfriend. Now I found out that he is a ghost... I am confused. I don't share my feelings that often I keep all to myself, in a way he is helping me I think...

Some time ago I was sleeping. I couldn't really fall asleep so I was like half sleep... I covered my face with my pillow. After sometime I felt a cold touch. It was like playing with my ear and my legs... Well I was cold in a way for some time. The strange thing about me is that I like to draw guy angels with black wings... It feels like I was drawing him this whole time...

I don't believe that there's such thing as black shadow or white shadow, it sounds a bit racist don't you think... I believe that if he needs help do something. I mean he is helping me too in a way, and at least he makes me feel better.

I have this little brown monster like plush toy, and where ever I bring it, I feel better or more comfortable... I believe that he has always been with me since young but I just didn't know it. I have dreams about him sometimes; the best was the time when he was hugging me. I hope you all understand my situations and thanks.

This is my second story but it wasn't my second encounter with paranormal stuff. Also I wasn't really sure if it was paranormal or not. Just thought of sharing and here it goes.

I was sixteen at that time and was still living in a rental two storey bungalow. Near my house was a local mini market with a few vending machines placed at the left side of the shop. It was 3 or 4 of them if my memory was correct. The drinks inside the vending machines were mostly tropical fruits flavour. My cousin at that time was moving out from town because his father was reallocated in Australia by his firm so basically my cousin and his family have to move there with the father.

We were chatting inside my house at that particular time when he said he would like to treat me to some Chinese food. I agreed but I told him we need some drinks too so we decided to walk to the vending machines which were located near my house. It was nearly 6 pm. When we got there the shop was almost closed. The vending machines were quite popular at our local town at that time because each of the can was printed with alphabet words, one alphabet per can. The owner being business minded used to put up certain word every month in front of the vending machines. The rule is simple. If you can make up the word using the cans from the vending machines you will get hundred bucks. The word for that month was "GHOST". My cousin just laughed it off and he said the owner was brilliant because of his strategy, the cans were selling fast.

Then he told me there were no such thing as ghosts, just merely our imagination. BUT of course I don't agree with him. We proceeded to the vending machine and I told him my coins weren't enough. He said not to worry as he has plenty. He was just about to insert the coin into the machine when the top most button turned red. It only become red if someone enter the sufficient amount of coins before the instruction of pressing the drink appears. We were surprised because no one was there previously. We can see it from the street that no one was there.

My cousin didn't think much so he just pressed the button. More surprisingly there were 7 cans coming out from the machine continuously. The odd thing was the vending machine can only read one instruction at a time and we can clearly see no amount of coins written on the screen of the machine. Each vending machine has a tiny little screen where you can see the amount of coins you have inserted and if it was enough or not. I lost my words for about 1 minute and I suggested it might be some kind of paranormal being having fun with us because I could feel the atmosphere around us was different than it normally does. My cousin still with his denial and said it was the faulty machine problem and we were lucky to have free drinks.

It wasn't until we returned home that he decided to stack the cans on top of the fridge while waiting for the food delivery. The 7 cans were actually forming the word 'GOODBYE'! Coincidence or paranormal? I am not really sure. You decide.

What is the hungry ghost month? Qing Ming Day falls on the 3rd day of the 3th month in Chinese Lunar calendar or to be exact on the 104th day after the winter solstice. This festival usually occurs during the first week of the month of April of the Gregorian Calender. It's a Chinese tradition to celebrate the visit and depart of the dead on this date itself. And for anyone who is not aware of this, are advised not to roam the streets. It's a strict rule, in which we believe nothing latches on to you and follow you home if you're unlucky. Eerie as it may seem... Do you believe it?

So here is where my story begins... Lesson learnt. Never go out on a hungry ghost month. NEVER!

I had to move to my granny's house due to college, and them being so conservative and restrictive to many things, I don't get to do much nor hang out with my friends I've met in college. Heck- They've labeled my friends robbers due to a recent break in and thinking I was either wasting too much time or trying to get myself laid with friends. So, it becomes a norm I stay out in college from early until late evening to get some college work done, then head home by 8pm via the bus. Due to these events I don't quite enjoy staying with them. Trust me, my grandparents are the real horror to the ears when it comes to living with them.

Anyhow, on that particular ghostly day, I headed out to college as usual by bus, ignoring my granny's warning to stay in the house. I'd rather save my sanity and get college work done, so out I went at 9 a.m. In the morning with some necessities like my jacket because the air conditioning in college can be freezing, and some simple Japanese packed lunch I made. (because they hate anything to do with Japanese, just to irritate them in revenge) With much relief and everything within comfort's reach, I did as much studying and finished up all my assignments within that day.

Regarding the school, the college encompasses a whole block of shop lots to itself and labeled each lot from Block A to Block F, they broke down the walls so the whole building is connected without having the students to climb up and down the stairs to get to the other lot. So getting to the labs and all was pretty easy. I normally get my assignments done in Block F's study room. Lots of table and silence to myself. So to access to the other buildings, I didn't need to climb much stairs to get to the other labs.

One of my assignments required the computer lab in Block A, so I left some of my stuff in the study room's locker and headed to the computer lab. Along my way on the third floor, there weren't many students that time, given it was a study week. The place was pretty quiet given a few of the labs were already open for use, and some students noisily running- wait, running? I turned around to see who it was, but there was no one. Hmm... Ignoring what I heard, I walked on.

After I reached the lab, before me was the stairs to my left, the large pillar in the middle and the lab on my right. As I walked closer, a boy materialized out of no where from the lab and jogged behind the pillar towards the stairs. I didn't see much details of the boy, curious to who it was... But he never got to the stairs at all. Is this guy hiding behind the pillar? And given there wasn't any other rooms next to the stairs on that particular floor itself out of sight, I waited to see if he'd pop out. He didn't come out, so I went around. There was no one there! Who is that guy? Hmm... So I ignored and headed into the lab and started on my assignment.

Few hours later, it was already six something in the evening, and I was about close to done. I always have my headphones on to listen to my own set of music while working, despite being the only one in the lab at that moment. All of a sudden, there was this running figure again that ran from behind me towards the lab door. The moment I looked up, the figure slowly disappeared. Huh? Again the running boy. But this time... Wow... Okay! Time to pack up and head home since my work is done for the day. And so I did.

I related the story to my other college mates, and to my surprise, similar things happened to them too but in the other labs. He was harmless, so all they heard was footsteps and him running around the college since the college isn't badly haunted... Right?

The running boy was one of the college's students. He died in front of the college in a car accident when he rushed to college to hand in his assignments. One of the lecturers who has been teaching for a while told us this, because he was one of his bright students.

Iam a regular reader of this site as I am interested in paranormal experiences and stuff like that. I prefer this site better because I can read paranormal experiences all over the world. I never thought of registering to this site before as I am kind of lazy doing the commenting stuff like that. But my friend managed to prompt me to submit my story as she (myself as well) would like to hear your opinion on it. I am not asking you to believe me as it might seem ridiculous, nonsense or insane BUT I will give it a chance.

I am a believer in paranormal stuff but I tend to get any (even slightest) possible explanation (s) to any weird occurences around me as I know sometimes our mind can play tricks on us or it is the mother nature doings. First off, I am just a normal young adult. I did experiences some paranormal occurences but nothing compared to this story.

Last year, my brother befriends some of the new guys that have just moved in into the new flats building built in our town. We live in a small town in Sabah (Borneo), Malaysia. My family and I live in a semi-detached house in a housing area not far from the town. It will only take 10 minutes walking from my house to the town. Now my brother tends to hang out a lot in one of the new flats with his new buddies until I have to check on him once in a while, as I am a protective big sister and I didn't really know his friends so I'm afraid if they are doing something illegal like taking drugs BUT thanks God they didn't!

So, let's walk on my story. I was working night shifts at a local diner at that time and my shifts only begin after 5 pm. Sometimes, usually once or twice a week I will be helping out at a homecare for old folks. I was doing it out of charity reason and I do love the job until now. I was finishing changing the diaper of an old granny when suddenly the rain started pouring down. It was not that heavy but enough to make you wet. I usually didn't bring any umbrella with me so I borrowed one from the back shelf. It was a bit past 4 pm when I left the homecare and bought some food for the boys.

Because I will be passing the new flats before reaching the diner, I was being generous on buying them some carbonated drinks as well. When I was done at the vending machine, I sighted a man running in the rain and he took a shelter on the other vending machine at my left. I asked him where he is going and I found out he is going to the new flats too. I offered him to walk with me there as I have enough space under the umbrella for two. He agreed and joined me shortly after.

During our walk there, he wasn't talking much just the short replies of "uh" or "hmm." Not very clear too but I assumed he is not the much talking type so I went silent until five minutes later we reached the building. Since my brother is on the 6th floor I have to take the elevator up there. The man joined me and he pressed the 5th floor button. When the elevator stopped at his destination, he come out quickly and went to the nearest door on the left (the elevator is facing the hallways in which you can see all the flats' doors on your left side clearly. It was odd at the time as the elevator door kind of stuck. I keep pressing the button and it won't close. That's when I saw him pulling out his keys, opened the door to his flat, entered it and then closed it. I saw some of the furniture too. Then the button started to work again.

When I reached at the 6th floor of the building, my brother was waiting for me outside the elevator anxiously. I asked him why and he said he saw me coming from the street on the bedroom window but I took nearly 15 minutes to go up there and he was worried. I told him about the man I had walk with and he said he didn't see anyone except me and the food I brought with me. I told him maybe it was another woman but he insisted he saw me walking alone. Then I was like "go and ask the man below your floor and see what he has to say about me?" He was puzzled for a moment and then he said the entire 5th floor was vacant.

And of course I argued with him so as to prove my sanity. He asked me to ask the owner of the building if I didn't believe him. I don't know what got into me that day but I waited until the owner come back to the building, the owner returned at late hour of 5 p.m. (he lives in one of the flats and I've met him few times before). Guess what? He repeated the same words to me "the entire 5th floor was vacant and no one lives there yet." But I'm not satisfied so I asked him to show me some of the rooms in 5th floor and I intentionally picked the room which I saw the man going into.

I was speechless when I saw the very same room I saw earlier was entirely vacant. It's not even furnished yet so I was like "Am I going nuts?" But I didn't tell the owner about my encounter with the man out of fear of being ridiculed. And because of all these stuff I was running late to my job but I was somehow relieved because in between 4:40 pm and 5 pm, two pedestrians are involved in a fatal accident on the very same road I used to reach the diner. But I'm still confused about Who Is That Man I Met That Day? Coincidentally he saved my life. (I am not sure but it could have been me who involved in that accident if I am not delayed.)

A thrilling story... For the those who belief in the existence of the other being.

My whole family were very excited about the trip to Kluang, Johor. The journey took us longer than expected as we had children with us and we needed to stop along the way as the kids needed to use the toilet often and we had to break along the way for snacks, lunch, etc.

It was almost late at night when we reached Mersing. All of us were very, very tired and we needed some rest. Well, we took things for granted for not booking the hotel rooms earlier because it was almost the end of the school holidays; therefore, we thought we would be able to get rooms to stay. How unfortunate for us, we were driving around and around almost for an hour to all the hotels in and out of town but none was available. Then we finally reached a chalet (so called).

The men managed to get two rooms, one room for the men and the other room for the women and children. The men gave the ladies the choice to choose the rooms. We were a group of four ladies, three children, and three men. My sister-in-law and I entered the first room. Standing outside the room itself gave both of us an uneasy feeling. We both inspected the room and felt a very eerie feeling out of nowhere. Then we walked out of the room and gazed at the number engraved on the door. We saw the number...No. 13. We looked at each other but did not say anything.

As we were walking out of the room, I saw an old lady who might be in her 60's or 70's standing nearby the room and shaking her head from left to right as though she had something to say but trying to indicate it in her own gestures. Then we took a look at the next room and although the room was really run down, it looked okay, I guess, and we decided to take that room as the kids were all falling asleep one by one.

I told my husband that we will take the 2nd room and the men said that they will be playing poker to kill time and will get a better place to stay the next day to catch up with their sleep. I whispered into my husband's ear not to sleep in the Room No. 13. He asked me, "Why?" but I evaded the question and strictly told him not to do so and I will tell him the reason the next day.

It was almost 2 am in the morning. We washed up and changed and finally, we went to bed. Around three in the morning, I suddenly woke up from half asleep as I heard a knock on the door. Then I listened again and then about two or three minutes later, I heard the knock on the door again, this time three knocks continuously, and even louder than before. It was really scary. My mum-in-law woke up and she said she heard the knocks as well. I took a peep from the closed window by moving the curtain a little and saw nothing / no one. I thought the men were trying to play a prank on us. Then I settled down to sleep again. Mum-in-Law was too tired to pay attention to what was happening around her.

Another three knocks were heard. This time the knocks were even more louder. My mum-in-law did not wake up this time. And then, I smelt a light incense smell in the room. I was so frightened. I peeped outside again and the guys were not to be seen anywhere. Maybe they went to have a meal nearby. I held my pillow closer to me trying not to wake up anyone.

Then a little later, I saw a black figure flying around the room with its hands folded. (You see, I am gifted with the third eye just like my mum and grandma. I can see the other being living in the other world and have encountered similar events.) It held something in its hands and I realised it was a small baby kind of figure. Then it turned and looked at me. Its eyes were all white without the black pupil. I was unable to scream or speak. It kept on looking at me with somehow a sad look... As though it was deprived of happiness.

I chanted my prayers and held on tight to my pillow trying to remove my gaze from the figure and then... It disappeared. I was unable to sleep after that and did not dare to leave my space on the bed until I saw some daylight!

The next morning, when my mum-in-law and sister-in -law woke up, I told them what happened. Mum-in-law asked me not to tell anyone as it will frighten the kids. My father-in-law later told us that as he was taking his morning walk around the area, he came across a Muslim Cemetery just behind the Chalet. This explains the haunting, I guess. Maybe the spirit that I saw was from the cemetery after all!

Before leaving Mersing, I approached the old lady that I saw the night before. She was really old. I stopped her as she was walking down the pathway to the hotel lobby. I asked her, "Makcik, sorry to disturb you, I wanted to know why you shook your head when I came out of that Room No. 13?" The old aunty was a little reluctant at first and upon my persuasion, she told a story, a story beyond the graves which was eerie and unbelievable.

The place that we stayed in was to be one of the most favourable place of stay in the 80's. On Valentines Day, 1985, there was this couple who booked into the Room No. 13. The couple did not look very happy. There were loud screams and exchange of harsh words heard from the room from the time the couple checked in. The old makcik who was the cleaner overheard the conversation between the couples. The girl was pregnant and the man refused to marry her as he was already married.

Later that night, he left her alone in the room and drove away. The girl ran after him trying to catch up with him and she ended up in the cemetery. The makcik heard some screams from the cemetery and some of the workers from the area ran to girl's aid. She was gasping for breath. The workers carried her to the Room No. 13 while waiting for the ambulance to arrive. She was bleeding from waist downwards. The baby she was carrying died in her tummy and she bled to death. She died before the ambulance arrived. The boy never returned to claim her body. His identity was not never known to anyone as he registered himself with a fake identity.

The police came to take reports and her body was left at Mersing Hospital for days. Her case was said to be a closed file. She was said to have died of bleeding profusely due to a miscarriage, a natural cause of death. The police was unable to link her death to her boyfriend. She was told to be an orphan and ran away from the orphanage who refused to do her last rites. Therefore, the villagers decided to bury her at the cemetery.

Since that day onwards, there were some people who have seen her spirit roaming around carrying a baby especially at three in the morning, crying... Room No. 13 was never rented out since that incident. The workers purified the place with holy water and brought the Ustaz (a Holyman) from the mosque to bless the place. But still, there were disturbance in the chalet.

The old aunty added on that sometimes when a pregnant woman is around the cemetery she is vulnerable to the evil spirit and the girl must have been striken by the evil spirit. Her own version of the story, I guess, olden days believe...

She said that we were offered Room No. 13 that night because we looked really desperate for a place to stay. That is why she stood outside to make sure we never took that Room No. 13.

I was shocked to hear that story. I related the story to the adults: some believed, some did not, but I totally believed the truth in it because I saw the figure of the girl and the unborn child that night!

We left Mersing that morning for Kluang. I will never ever forget that experience in Mersing until today.

May the poor girl's soul rest in peace... God Bless Her soul and her unborn child...

THE END

This is my first story. Please forgive me if some mistakes occur. This is real but it's up to you guys to believe it or not.

It all happened three months ago, when I was in Form 4 (Malaysia Secondary School standard, or as you could say, I was 16 years old back then). I still remember that day as yesterday.

I had a detention class for not passing in the piano exam so you can guess what happened-endless lectures, that's all I needed to hear!

At 530pm, students had all gone home, leaving me behind to clean up the music room as punishment. As soon I was finished, I packed up my things and when I walked out the room, I heard something fall on the floor.

I was curious but decided to let go of that curiosity as I was so tired but then, louder sounds were heard and I felt something in that room but I couldn't describe what it was and I felt quite cold even without the air-conditioner on. I don't know what caused it and I began to freak out as no one else was at school. I started to pray and quickly walked out the room as fast as I could.

But it didn't end there! I felt someone was watching me whenever I was in the room in daylight, my things always went missing from their usual place, and lot of things happened to me.

Not long after that I quit the piano lesson as I needed to concentrate on my studies. Nothing weird happened to me outside the music room or outside the school. I truly want to know what happened in that room before but whenever I asked the school janitor, other teacher and even the principle, they ignored me!

What do you guys think I must do? Leave it alone? But what happens if it harms other people?

That's all. I'll post more details about the school later. Please do comment. Thank you for your time.

All the best

My brother used to rent a Condominium in Petaling Jaya. It was in the 19th floor and he lived by himself at that time. I have been to there myself many times and his main complaint was that his place was spooky, a feeling of unease. For example, in his bedroom there was a particular place which was always cold. The spot was undeniably cold and on only a certain spot. I used to joke with him that the “cold spot” represents a ghost or spirit.
Except for the cold spot and feeling of unease, he got use to the place as he was busy with his work.
One Sunday which is his off day he decided to clean the condominium and especially the guest room. He had a spare guest room which had a double-decker bed and are probably for his nephews when they come to visit. He then decided to clean the ledge from the front window of his guest room. From the opened window to outside the ledge, he noticed something odd and strange. At the ledge, which was only 4 inches wide, he was shocked to find a clear and unmistakable hand print in the dust and dirt. He was more shock that the hand print was only half the size of an adult’s size! He was amazed wondering how a little child’s print can end out there -maybe a little toyol!
He however took that as one of life’s mysteries that one cannot fully understand and he accepted that.
Tired that he was he was a victim of a burglary, a month of the incident he finally decided to move to another place. (Strange but he cannot live with everyday crimes but is alright with the supernatural)

This my 2nd story about genting experience

Went to genting with gf (diff girl fr 1st story). stayed at that taoist hotel/retreat located half way up genting. d bus crash last year happened nearby the temple/hotel.

we got there on a friday, late afternoon n d place was pretty empty. i could park in front of the hotel lobby...that empty.

Other than me n my gf, a few colleagues also came along. the place din feel eerie or anything but the lack of ppl there was a bit weird.

IIRC the building is shaped like a hexagon (maybe octagon). so there r many corners n blind spots.

we got to our room n as i was busy unlocking the door my gf went quiet. we got into the room n my gf looked a bit stressed. i tot she was maybe a lil tired so i din bug her about it.

den she asked me something that gave me sleepless nights...all of a sudden summore.

"Did u happen to see a kid wearing black looking/peeping at us fr the corner of the hallway when we were getting into the room ?"

"nope din see anyone. place is quite empty. we might be the only ppl on this floor" i replied.

"hmmm...its weird la. i could only see his head n part of his body as the rest was blocked by d wall. he smiled n disappeared when i looked at him again. u sure u din see ? who is that ?" my gf continued.

"no really din see anyone la. let me go check n see" i said.

so out i went n walked around almost the whole floor but didn't see or hear anyone. almost pin drop silence. i did bump into 2 of my colleagues who also said the place is eerily quiet. they were staying a few rooms away fr mine. weird even though the bookings were made at the same time.

I got back to d room n told my gf that no kids was seen by anyone. we took a nap. headed up to genting to chill n have dinner.

that night i found it hard to sleep. it was too quiet. it didn't help that it was a retreat kind of place so there was no TV in d room. went to bed around 12am n at 3am i was still awake.

every little sound or bump is amplified because of the silence. den the marble dropping n rolling sounds started. making sleep even harder to come by.

cant remember wat time i slept off but after breakfast i decided not to extend the stay like my colleagues.
