Girls, do u guys realize there are some guys always try to lift their elbow up and sapu your chest when they walk pass  u especially at crowded place? i dont know they are accidentally or intentionally so most of the time i will just ignore.

I went to adidas warehouse sale at a mall last week. Met a guy did this to me twice. First time we were passing by a narrow aisle, i try to give way by turning my body side way then he just walk pass like normal but with his elbow protrude from the body rub against my chest from left to right.

Then second time i met him again at the very crowded cashier. This time i totally didnt aware of him because i was standing there looking at something high and all the sudden he tries to squeeze himself in between me and a lady and his arm is lifting horizontally in front his chest and he push his arm against my chest with force, my cloth is thin and my bra too, i feel his arm heavily. he pretend looking up high also for few second.

He is wearing the uniform of one of the shop in the mall, i know the shop. Should i go to report police or what i can do.

Sounds like a deliberate act of an @$$hole... but very slim chance to lodge report as he may very well claim that as an 'accident' or unavoidable circumstances in crowded place... poor you... and good luck... 

personally, i think that is one of his "moves". but it all depends on his facial expression. im sure u can tell if it was an honest mistake or it was purposely done.

I didnt really have the time to react or see his facial expression. I even suspect he did it more than twice on me on the afternoon

ya, i guess TS has been taken-advantage-of.....cause the second time he tried harder to grope.........btw u can always say something like this (what i heard from singporean girls) " excuse me, u r too near"

Were you alone or with someone at that time? If you have someone with you then, you should have convey with that person immediately after the incident. Now may be a little late... If I were there with you, I'll notice it immediately.

Even if no action taken now, if more and more people come to report same incident and the number accumulate then there will be time for management to take action since the reputation is more valuable than that single worker.

Report to upper management might be more appropriate I think 

Who should i report to? the warehouse sales management? the shop the guy work at? or the mall management?

i guess its case basis, this is a crowd place that you went to, and this could be diverted by points easily, for an instance by own experience, I am a Guy, went to this pureen sale recently, and if any of you guys know how the crowd wud be... gosh the ladies out there they just fall on on you, their chest was all over my back, hands fly everywhere, even if you try avoiding body contacts the ladies who was so enthusiastically grabbing the deals out there dont bother... so who do I complain to? if you see what I mean.

**** I dont mean to offend anyone here, even considering ladies in my families too .. if you are where sure of his intention I guess its worth enough to escalate it....
