Well, they only told me there are only minor scratch on the body. But nothing on the back plate. I've already send an email to them and they willingly to pay me partial refund for watch. I can live with that crack I think.

For most, no modification needed, but personally, I modified it by thinning some parts of the first link from a shop that does steel works. By thinning the first link, the band is able to "bend" more and wrap around my wrist better, much reducing the chance of cracking.

Haha, Strapcode too expensive.. >.< I am going to use the SteelConnectM with my current existing brown leather strap first, then maybe go shop for Fossil strap.
