Hi all;
Wanna ask a question: for the take over offer by Plenitude for Nomad group. Appears in The Star newspaper today.

http://www.thestar.com.my/Business/Busines...8mil/?style=biz

What does it mean by this?
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Plenitude proposed to take over Nomad for RM1.25 per share or RM278.84mil via the issuance of 111.55 million new Plenitude shares of RM2.50 each.

Does it mean that Plenitude shares will reach RM2.50 each?
What if Plenitude shares do not and is hovering at RM2.40 during the take over?

@ sky gor,
wanna ask you about Symphony House? (Another company owned by Datuk Azman Yahya).
SymLife is currently holding about 11% of Symphony House. What do you think the effect of the RTO on Symphony House has on SymLife?

QUOTE(hibiki98 @ Apr 3 2015, 09:16 PM)
hello guys anyone can teach me how stock work? thanks
*
Stocks are very simple nia....
Before enterring into the market, learn up on:
ACCA P2 & P4 -

then, proceed to read up on books written by Peter Lynch, Warren Buffet's chairman's letters, Peter Hagstrom...

then, go to GYM, torture yourself....learn how to take pain...very important especially when the market drops after you buy....

then, enroll for KCCChongnz course at i3...

also, don't blame other people when things don't go your way...

learn to take responsibility...afterall, no one takes a gun and point to your head and force you to buy....

Buy button - you press yourself one....

then, you are ready to roll....

<Sorry - "you" refers to me...this is more like a note to myself....no offense intended>
