yeah me too. I rmb once i got a sms at 730am. And it woke me up. Was quite pissed by that.

Can i noe what is the diff b4 and after upgrade my sim card.Any new features when i upgrade.Mine is 16k.Cos upgrade fees is RM25,Hotlink will give 128k as in 3g sim card de...

More SMS and address book storage. However, I think you need 128K SIM card for 3G support.

WTH????? 16k? wow! datz lyk , 1st Generation Simcard u got there....lemme guess, 50 phonebook entries n 10SMS?
later, they got this 64k (if me not mistaken) simcard dat supports 150 PB entries and 20 SMS... now, 128k, the one i'm using now, supports 250 PB entries and 50SMS.. again, itz the SIM storage, not talkin bout the phone storage... again, I wonder how much of us gonna use SIM storage nowadays... but for me, using both SIM and Phone storage for PB n SMS. the advantages of the new sim card I gez, are the 3G enabled feature (sum ppl can even use 3g w/out upgrading but pls dun ask me how), improved EASY ACCESS menu (i use it a lot for cinema booking, restaurant findings for my parents, billing info and latest feature, PHONE BANKING!!!) and more space.... datz all i gez... pls do correct me later on, anyone.. |

yeah, maxis do have a 256k simcard and i'm using it at the moment. it was introduced few years back and it is limited to 1000 users if i'm not mistaken.
